Ein integrierter Elektromotor \u00f6ffnet und schliesst die Klappe \u2013 es gibt zwei Stellm\u00f6glichkeiten: offen\/zu oder variabel. Die Stromversorgung sowie das Start- und Stoppsignal werden von einer externen Exodraft-Steuerung empfangen und sind nicht Bestandteil der Jalousienklappe.<\/p>\n<p>Die Klappe darf nicht als Entw\u00e4sserungspunkt in einem Schornsteinzugsystem verwendet werden. Grunds\u00e4tzlich sollte sie im Innenbereich montiert werden; bei gew\u00fcnschter Aussenmontage ist eine witterungsbest\u00e4ndige Abschirmung erforderlich. Die Rauchgase m\u00fcssen von partikelfreier Qualit\u00e4t sein, damit sich die Klappe nicht mit Partikelr\u00fcckst\u00e4nden f\u00fcllt, die ihre Funktion beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten.
